The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast staff were ready, willing and very helpful to make sure everyone enjoyed their meal. I saw them delivering waffles to children and the head of staff was walking the dining floor when she saw a ceiling leak (it was pouring out), immediately blocked it off and got maintenance involved. I saw it unfolding, but they were so quiet most others never saw them. The woman cleaning on my floor asked me if everything was fine and wished me a happy day.

The staff are amazing and helpful. I loved the breakfast variety catering for individuals with Lactos-intolerance. You can see that the funitures and carpets have seen their worst, but the cleanliness of the place gave us a sweet sleep without any allergic reaction as a result of the old carpets. I will definitely stay there next time.

Our room on the ground floor was quite spacious and comfortable, larger than the usual hotel room. The hotel was easily accessible from the highway and for us a good location for visiting family on Staten Island. Lorenzo's restaurant, in the next door sister hotel, was excellent.

Breakfast was very good, had a variety of items and area was clean Bedding was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very hospitable. The lobby decor was beautiful with a western theme and the breakfast area was decorated with beautiful carousel horses
